Mango Fruit Salad

A delicious mango fruit salad that takes advantage of the high-quality mangoes available from Fresh n Roshan.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries, and chopped mint leaves.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice over the top of the fruit, and gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. When you’re ready to serve, give the fruit salad a quick stir to make sure everything is evenly distributed, and then divide it into bowls or onto plates.
