Mango Fruit Salad

A delicious mango fruit salad that takes advantage of the high-quality mangoes available from Fresh n Roshan.

Ingredients:
- 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries, and chopped mint leaves.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the top of the fruit, and gently toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- When you’re ready to serve, give the fruit salad a quick stir to make sure everything is evenly distributed, and then divide it into bowls or onto plates.
